What you get: Cushion Clear Service – our in-house clear coat is the ultimate solution to elevate your Tama to new heights!
What it does: Cushion Clear enhances the appearance of your tama and provides a protective layer that provides more grip, improving its playability. Many of the best players in the world opt for Cushion Clear to land the hardest kendama tricks in the game.
What's included:

The Partial option ($30) gets you a reservation/slot for Cushion Clearing one Tama you send us. (No shipping materials will be sent out - you handle any extra shipping costs associated with sending us your item).
The Full Service option ($45) is only available to customers in the United States. This option includes all shipping costs - we will even send you a label and shipping materials so you can send us your tama safely!

The Process:

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email with a waiver of liability and you will need to agree.
You pack the tama and ship it to us.
We paint the tama and send it back to you!

The Fine Print:

We accept both new and played products for Cushion Clearing. However the condition of your tama may affect the bonding and adherence of the Clear Coat - the more played the tama is, the less likely that the Cushion Clearing Process will work properly.
We only accept standard-size Tamas with a diameter of 60-63mm.
The entire process, excluding shipping times, can take approximately 4-6 weeks. We value quality over speed, and do our best to guarantee that the results are worth the wait.
By purchasing our Cushion Clear Service, you accept the inherent risks involved with shipping wood and painting by hand. While we strive for excellence, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges once your tama has been shipped to us.

We understand that perfection cannot be guaranteed in every case, and unforeseen circumstances may impact the outcome/durability. Examples are Wood cracks/defects caused by humidity, various undercoats/materials, and condition of product when we receive it, etc.
